1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlugsHub services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PlugsHub provides an EV charging management platform that includes:

Backend platform for managing charging stations
White-label mobile applications for drivers
Payment processing and billing services
Payment terminal hardware and software
API integrations and technical support

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as agreed in your service contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the operation of charging stations
Reverse engineer or copy our software
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

PlugsHub retains all rights to our platform, software, and branding. White-label services grant you a license to use our technology under your brand, but do not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services and industry analysis.

8. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugsHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. We may immediately terminate for serious breaches.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
